Sam has over 13 years’ experience within market access and health economics. She has been instrumental in the development of medical communications for pharmaceuticals and medical devices ranging from health technology assessments to core value dossiers and customer facing leave pieces. Having worked with the majority of the top 25 pharma companies and numerous medtech companies, Sam understands the varied challenges in getting a product to market and can offer strategic advice across the product life cycle.

Sam has a PhD in neuropharmacology from the University of London and spent 5 years as a postdoctoral researcher in the USA before returning to the UK to pursue a career in market access. Sam specialises in value proposition development and subsequently communicating that value internally and externally to payers, providers and patients alike.

Sam’s areas of expertise include diabetes, oncology, cardiology, DVT, wound care, hip replacement, transplantation, psoriasis and many more.
