We are delighted to announce that Philip Watts has joined Mtech Access as Chief Commercial Officer.
Philip has over 30 years’ experience in healthcare, working with global market access and other commercial teams in both the Pharmaceutical and MedTech industry, most recently holding senior leadership positions with Pfizer and Smith & Nephew.
Philip is an expert in the development, launch, and implementation of transformational change strategy. At Pfizer, Philip was responsible for establishing the Global Commercial Operations organisation in Europe. This followed 23 years with the business where he led departments in sales, brand marketing, customer marketing, and commercial operations. After leaving Pfizer, Philip joined Smith & Nephew where he led Global Sales Force Excellence, before taking responsibility for commercial training and education across EMEA and APAC.
As Mtech Access enters our next phase of growth, Philip will be supporting our leadership team to drive and embed change to better support our clients and offer increased opportunities for our people. As we grow, we are looking to entrench the core values of flexibility, collaboration, and insight-driven excellence that have made Mtech Access what it is today. At the same time, we aim to develop our approach, which will enable us to offer our clients even greater levels of support.
