Our in-house NHS Insights & Interaction experts are supported by a national network of contracted associates who occupy NHS roles from Chief Executive to Practice Nurse. Our associates are on-hand to advise and authenticate all Mtech Access’s UK projects. We can help you shape your strategy and test your messaging with NHS decision makers to ensure your evidence directly addresses the challenges faced by your customers and that your messages are fully attuned to your NHS customers’ needs. Visit clinical and managerial NHS staff in their place of work to better understand your therapy area. See first-hand the challenges they face in ensuring access to treatment to understand how you can be part of the solution.

We will create a bespoke itinerary that is centred around your therapy area interests, geographies, or specific service type. Our NHS Insights & Interaction team will guide you around the hospital or surgery, helping to facilitate conversations and ensure you gain the insights you need. The people we visit have dedicated time set aside to provide insight into their world, including the role they play and the challenges they face.

Meet & Move Forward - Expert focus group

Meet with experts from commissioner, provider, and patient roles in the NHS. In a facilitated group discussion, collaboratively develop steps to move forward with your market access strategy.

We use a tried and trusted methodology to progress conversations that cover all elements of pathway development and consider the strategic, tactical, practical, and emotive elements of treatment in your therapy area. Focus group participants are invited from the NHS based on their experience, candour, and constructive approach. Meet & Move Forward differs from advisory boards in its focus on delivering clear, validated outputs for both industry and NHS participants.

A comprehensive update session on the latest political and strategic changes within the NHS. Contextualised to reflect your product portfolio and designed to inform tactical improvement.

Content is developed with the input of our network of current NHS associates. Recent sessions have dealt with policy themes such as the NHS Long Term Plan and Integrated Care Systems, exploring everything from structural changes to political direction and workforce to technology. Our NHS Insights & Interaction team offer tactical consultancy at each stage of your market access project, advising how you can adapt and adjust strategy, communications, and messaging to deliver impact with real NHS payers. Our NHS Insights & Interaction team is supported by a national network of over 50 contracted associates who occupy strategic, operational and clinical roles in the NHS. From this broader network, we have invited a cross-section of our associates to join our Faculty, to work with the Mtech Access team to provide expert insight into the reality of the evolving NHS, to advise on the changing healthcare landscape and to work closely with our clients on their market access strategies.

Our Faculty include leaders in Integrated Care, NHS FT/trusts and PCNs, covering operations and finance roles as well as a GP, an Advanced Nurse Practitioner and a Clinical Pharmacist.
