Objection handler

In order to prepare for any engagement in the field, key account managers and sales teams need to understand the local objections that may be encountered.

Our digital objection handlers allow sales teams to easily navigate to the most common objections raised, by stakeholder or objection category (safety, efficacy, cost...) and be provided with the answers and supporting evidence that can be used to address the perceived issue.

Sales teams can also create custom groups of objection answers prior to a meeting to form a customer presentation that addresses their particular concerns.
