Job roles & responsibilities 

We are looking for an experienced marketing manager to join our expanding, independent market access consultancy, where you can play an active role in the continued growth of the company. 

  • Developing, planning, implementing and monitoring performance of marketing campaigns/strategy for specific business units as well as the organisation as a whole 
  • Working with the Directors to generate content for use across our website, social media, internet, email, exhibitionsliterature and events 
  • Interrogate and report upon the data and analytics from our marking activities including website, social media activities and our marketing goals and initiatives. 
  • Use and if necessary develop internal systems to track marketing campaigns in relation to sales 
  • Working with PR agencies to draft and issue press releases 
  • Planning and co-ordinating events to include exhibitions, awards ceremonies and seminars 
  • Working with the business development team to enhance understanding of new products and services within our industry 
  • Assisting the business development team with lead generation for all our products and services 
  • Working with the organisations graphic designers when required, supporting and assisting them in delivering creative and dynamic marketing materials 

 

Essentials Skills: 

  • Highly organized with high attention to detail 
  • Experience in a similar role is essential 
  • 3-5+ years’ experience required  
  • Strongconfident, friendly communication and with a self-startingflexible character and can do attitude 
  • Work to own initiative, managing their own time and work load with minimal supervision
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills 
  • Degree or similar 
  • Strong knowledge of all elements of the marketing mix, from campaign planning to implementation and follow up, including direct email, advertising, seminars, literature production, digital, social media, PR, networking 
  • Analytical ability to maintain effective budgetary control, monitor performance results and produce clear campaign business plans 
  • Sense of urgency necessary to meet goals, objectives and deadlines 
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office 365, Adobe suites, video editing, LinkedIn and Google analytics)
  • Broad technical knowledge and ability to learn and market SaaS offerings 
  • Ability to work and contribute in a team environment
  • Enthusiasm, and a desire to grow with the company
