Job roles & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced finance/office administrator to join our expanding, independent market access consultancy, where you can play an active role in the continued growth of the company.

  • Be the day to day point of contact for a mixture of customers/suppliers/and colleagues
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Multi-currency / country reconciling and invoicing
  • Reconciling company credit Cards
  • VAT and CIS Returns
  • HMRC filing
  • Receipts / expense processing
  • Petty Cash
  • Payroll processing
  • Pension processing
  • Healthcare administration / processing
  • Business insurance administration / processing
  • Invoice reconciliation within our management system
  • Process all suppliers invoices
  • Credit control on customers outstanding balances
  • Preparing reports / schedules for the directors
  • Dealing with supplier and customer queries
  • Answering calls, taking messages, managing the office diary, welcoming visitors etc
  • Post (addressing / posting / distributing)
  • Ordering the general office supplies (stationary and consumables)
  • Booking flights / accommodation / meeting rooms / food for meetings for colleagues
  • Potentially dealing with contractors
  • Potentially organising company events

 Essentials Skills:

  • Highly organized with high attention to detail
  • Experience in a similar role is essential
  • 3+ years’ experience
  • Strong communication and flexible character
  • Friendly, professional, self-starting, helpful, can do attitude
  • Xerox / Sage software experience
  • Work to own initiative, managing their own time and work load with minimal supervision
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • AAT or ACCA or CIMA or qualified experience
